Daniel Rose’s Spring reopens

The much lauded and loved American chef Daniel Rose has at last reopened his restaurant Spring, which made its name in a tiny spot in the rue de la Tour d’Auvergne in the 9th. Spring II is located in roomier digs near the Spring deli, south of Les Halles, and the smart new address will allow Rose to fully express his talent. The set dinner menu is 64€, and includes 5 courses, plus cheese platter and 2 desserts. Book now!
