The gobsmacking pop-up restaurant perched on the roof of the Palais de Tokyo (and sponsored by Electrolux) is staying, probably another whole year, but at least over summer and for la rentrée, dates to be confirmed in September. The hard-to-get 12 seater lunch and dinner bookings continue to be released 1 day at a time, 1 calendar month in advance, via the website only. Good luck.
