Kitsuné have designed another capsule collection for classic French men’s shoemaker JM Weston. The 4 preppy-chic models count a loafer, an ankle boot and two derbies, and will be on sale at Kitsuné’s Paris store (52 rue de Richelieu) at the beginning of May, and a week later in JM Weston boutiques.

Gildas and Masaya from Kitsuné present their second Paris store, ‘Parisien’, just across from the original store on the other side of the passage Beaujolais, at 52 rue de Richelieu in the 1st, and which opened last summer. Here they sell their range of polos, plus other collectibles, all packed in their gorgeous custom boxes.

Kitsuné Maison have just confirmed a record deal with young London trio Is Tropical. They perform with veiled faces and describe their music as a bass heavy, beat driven, pop-influenced lo-fi dance music! Their first single ‘South Pacific’ is scheduled for release 8 Nov, and here’s a foretaste of the videoclip.

Florrie Arnold for Nina Ricci & Kitsuné

A fair bit’s happening over this side of the Channel for London it girl Florrie Arnold. The pretty drummer, songwriter and guitarist, who’s already shared the stage with Kylie, Girls Aloud and Pet Shop Boys, has the lead single ‘Call 911′ (Beataucue Remix – JBAG Edit) on the Kitsuné x Ponystep compilation, released in June (download here). But she’s also been chosen as the face (and voice) of Nina Ricci‘s new perfume ‘L’Elixir’ out on 16 August. Here’s the video ad for the scent, with Florrie singing a cover of Blondie’s ‘Sunday Girl’.
