Our favourite food crew are getting ready for a busy month. As well as their annual awards ceremony (14 Nov), and the publication of the 2012 edition of their restaurant guide to France (17 Nov), Le Fooding will be celebrating Paris’s new generation of talented chefs with a floating dinner aboard 2 boats the Victoria [...] [...] Our favourite gastonomic crew Le Fooding return this summer with their pop-up travelling charity food market La Bazarette. The Swedish chef Magnus Nilsson will curate the event this year, and he’s also developed a cocktail for the occasion, the Mauresquimau.
