As well as their annual awards ceremony (14 Nov), and the publication of the 2012 edition of their restaurant guide to France (17 Nov), Le Fooding will be celebrating Paris&#8217;s new generation of talented chefs with a <a href="http://www.lefooding.com/evenements/2011/cambuse-effervescente/" target="_blank">floating dinner</a> aboard 2 boats the Victoria and the Acte III sailing down the Seine. Each chef                  – David Toutain (<em>L&#8217;Agapé Substance</em>); Daniel Rose (<em>Spring</em>); Giovanni Passerini (<em>Rino</em>); Bertrand Grébaut (<em>Septime</em>); Sven Chartier (<em>Saturne</em>); Nicolas Darnauguilhem (<em>Neptune</em>, Brussels); David-Vincent Loyola &amp; Mathieu Perez (<em>Aux Deux Amis</em>); Franck Baranger (<em>Le Pantruche</em>); Keda Black; and Pierre Jancou (<em>Vivant</em>) – will take as inspiration for his dish a Paris monument! Dessert will be prepared by Hugues Pouget, the pastry maker at Hugo et Victor, and Rue Martel whiz Ludivine Billaud (<em>Le Look</em>) is decorating the tables. Gather around the camp fire and enjoy Irish tapas from new Irish chef <a href="(http://www.thegoodmoodfoodblog.com/" target="_blank">Donal Skehan</a> (Irish Chowder with smoked salmon, Black pudding salad with Irish blue sauce, Coffee meringue, vanilla cream à la Jameson&#8230;) while listening to an acoustic gig from <span style="font-family: Verdana,Helvetica,Arial;"><span style="font-size: 12px;"><a href="http://www.myspace.com/hughcoltman" target="_blank">Hugh Coltman</a>, <a href="http://www.myspace.com/pacovolume" target="_blank">Pacovolume</a> </span></span>and <a href="http://www.myspace.com/minatindle" target="_blank">Mina Tindle</a> and throwing back the &#8216;<span style="font-family: Verdana,Helvetica,Arial;"><span style="font-size: 12px;">Jameson driiiiiiiink!&#8217;</span></span>, a refreshing concoction of whisky, mint and ginger!<br />
